Oracle to unveil the New Oracle 18 January

Oracle has scheduled an event for 18 January to officially take the wraps of the new comined Oracle-Peoplesoft venture at its corporate headquarters in Redwood Shores in Silicon Valley, SV Sleuth has learnt.

There is no mention yet if that will also be the day that it will start raining layoffs, as Larry Ellison has will happen as a result of the takeover. Oddly enough, the Oracle acquisition so far has mainly caused Oracle executives to loose their jobs.
