Student busted for PSP porn
Police in Bismarck have charged a 14 year-old student with a class C felony after he brought porn images to school on his Sony PSP.
Well, that and showing it to his fellow students, which in legal term amounts to "promoting obscenity to minors".
The student got into even more trouble when he retaliated against a fellow student who had told on him, scratching him a key. It just goes to show that nothing good comes from porn.

f´course you shouldn´t bring your porn into school kids but what kind of "felony" could this possibly be? if people want to watch porn they just have to know were to get it.
but they can choose to watch it or not. So, if they wanted to watch the video its not a felony but a case to call their parents.

OMFG How the f' could a 14 year-old get this GD porn in the first place, I Didn't even know that PSP made porn let alone sold it to 14-year-olds. This is GD rediculous. If Someone is caught looking at porn here, they get a suspension and they're parents get called, thats it, leave it at that.

i was 14yr in 2005 now i'm 15 in 06....and i can tell you i used to and still look at porn....trust me it's not that hard for me to get it.....especially with the internet and friends...so i don't see anything wrong with
